Terms of Service
Deposits:
A $20.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve a party date and time.
Reservations:
We recommend making a reservation for a party date and time at least 2 weeks in advance. For available party dates and times, you can contact us by clicking on the Contact Us tab and submitting the contact form with your requested date and time or by calling for party date and time availability.
Rush Fee:
All parties booked within 5 days of the requested party date will incur a $30.00 rush fee.
Appointment Booking:
In order to book an appointment, we require a deposit of 50% of the party cost. This deposit
is non-refundable. PayPal, money orders and cash are the only forms of payment
accepted. If paying via Paypal, an invoice will be emailed to you via PayPal. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
The remaining balance is due by the day of the party (prior to the start of the party). If we (Polished Princess Hosts) arrive at your preferred location and payment is not rendered prior to the set up of the party, we (Polished Princess Hosts) reserve the right to cancel the party at such time. No refunds will be made in this event.
Flat Rates:
The flat rate fees for the parties offered have been calculated to include the maximum number of guests per party. For example if the party states "up to 7 guests including the host", the flat rate fee will apply even if there are fewer guests. Additional guests may be added however, additional guests fees must be paid in full prior to services being rendered. We will do our best to accommodate late/additional guests at the time of the party as long is it does not disrupt the party schedule. We cannot guarantee additional guests (not included in the head count) will receive services or gift bags as these things are based on a confirmed head count taken prior to our arrival and at the beginning of the party.
Chosen Venue Fees:
If the location you've chosen to host your party has fees (such as admission fees, parking fees, etc.), those fees will be incurred by you and must be paid in advance. In the event that we arrive at your chosen party location and the fees have not been paid, we (Polished Princess Hosts) reserve the right to cancel the party at such time. No refunds will be made in this event.
Cancellations/Refunds:
All deposits are non-refundable. No deposits made prior to cancellation will be refunded. If you need to reschedule a party, we will gladly offer an alternative date and time for your consideration. Dates and times offered will be based on availability.
If we (Polished Princess) cannot meet your party date and time due to inclement weather, illness, or some unforeseen emergency, we (Polished Princess) reserve the right to reschedule any scheduled party and offer an alternative party date and time. No refunds will be made in this event.
Contract/Waiver:
A signed contract/waiver is required prior to party services being rendered. Signing the contract constitutes your agreement of all Terms of Service. If the contract/waiver form is not signed prior to or upon our arrival, we (Polished Princess Hosts) reserve the right to cancel the party at such time. No refunds will be made in this event.
Damages:
Polished Princess will not be held liable for any accidental damages that may occur due to party services or party guest.
Travel:
Polished Princess is based in Wayne County, North Carolina and services all of Wayne County at no additional travel costs. An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for traveling outside of Wayne County.
Photography:
Polished Princess reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in all promotional media whether now known or hereafter existing, Controlled by
Polished Princess. As a host of Polished Princess, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Polished Princess sole proprietor for the use of photographs of your child (or children), your home and your guests.
